Thali turned out well. Very different spices compared to South Indian Food. Main Spice mixture is Panch Poran-mixture of 5 spices - Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, Black Mustard seeds, fenugreek and Kalonji. And, Mustard oil is used for cooking.
