One Page Cook Books! Thali No.1 - North Indian Thali

Friday was our 12th Wedding Anniversary. I prepared North Indian Thali from http://ramkicooks.blogspot.com/ for my hubby and kids! My Menu was as below:
1.Jeera Pulao.
2.Paneer with Tomato Base 
3.Aloo Palak
4.Black Eye Gram Curry
5.Rotis
6.Boondi Raita
7.Jal Jeera
8.Carrot Halwa(Microwaved)
9. With Lots of happiness & Love! 
It took 2 hours to prepare all the dishes with the help of 2 burners and Microwave and my son Abhi who was reading out steps for me!
